The nitinol guidewire is superior to any other that has been produced, but it is inherently better because of its formulation. Nitinol, an amalgam of nickel and titanium in generally equal proportions, offers ideal flexibility for navigation of veins and arteries. Moreover, thanks to its excellent shape memory the guidewire can safely move through the venous system without kinking. The nitinol guidewire is utterly smooth, too, so it will not gather any residue on its way to the target site.
Made of a nitinol core wire it has a hydrophilic coating to aid in insertion and passage of instrumentation. It is available in various wire sizes, tip designs, and shaft configurations.

Nitinol Guide Wire used in Oral Applications
We need to cut the wire which is close to the human body temperature AF, and then adjust the filament’s ellipticity and flatness in the process according to the customer’s drawings, the mound head, the shape and chamfering of the filament. And through the electrolytic grinding, so that the silk to achieve the best finish.
Finally, in order to facilitate the use of hospitals, we need uniform calibration and marking to ensure that the color, spacing and color difference of each scale can be consistent. At the same time, reasonable tolerance accumulation can be made so that the length tolerance of finished products can be controlled within (+0.5, -0), so as to improve customer experience and safety.
